Veterans and Families to show our support and appreciation for their sacrifice.

Col. Rath states that, “Our soldiers and their
families have sacrificed much for the freedoms we enjoy. All have
endured separation, loneliness, worry, uncertainty, and hardships.
These families understand the true meaning of civic stewardship. My
wife and I are honored to be able to offer this gift to area
military families and children. We hope this performance will make
their holiday special.” Carol Rath adds, “As a director of past
Merely Player children’s productions, I know how magical a live
theatre experience can be for young people. This evening will offer
our military families an early Christmas gift of a lasting, positive
memory.” Col. Rath is excited to be able to enjoy the production
alongside other military families while he is home on leave after
being in Iraq for the past 7 months. |
