The Merely Players has bought, built, or were given items over the years that we have retained and cared for. We have and will share, with other organizations for a small rental and security deposit, to assure our inventory remains available. If your group has a need for something that may be in our inventory, send us a detailed list of needs for us to consider. We will rent anything we have not scheduled for use. You will find us very agreeable, but we do have some rules.   We require advanced notice of your request, so we may search for items. All items must be picked up by a person able to commit to them, and carry them. Deposit and Rental agreed, must be paid at time of pick up. If items are damaged or lost, the renter must pay to repair or replace item. Any modifications to items, must be agreed to, prior to it leaving our inventory. Items must be returned as agreed or additional rent (week certain) will  be charged. Provided all is as agreed to, deposit will be remitted at time item is return.
